Q: Can i try the sample first?
A: Yes,you can choose no logo option on our website and place a sample order,we will ship out within 1-3 days.
Q: What is the minimum order(MOQ)?
A: For “no logo"sample,no MOQ;For private label,MOQ is 50pcs each product(can mix different colors).
Q: Do you test your products on animals?
A: Our products are 100% cruelty-free, none of which are tested on animals, only staff.
Q: Can i add shades name for palettes?
A: Yes.we can add shades name for you,MOQ is 50pcs each product and extra fee will be charged.
Q: Can i add name stickers for lip sticks?
A: Yes,it start from 5 colors and stickers fee will be charged.
Q: Can i change the package(box) of products?
A: Yes,custom new box fee will be charged.
Q: Can I customize formulation, smells, and colors for products?
A: Yes,OEM/ODM is no problem for us,Yes, if you could offer us a sample that will be best. If not, we’ll help you to solve that.Pls contact your private customer.
Q: How to check my mock up(logo effect) before production?
A: We will show you a mock in picture (with your logo in product) and confirm with you before production.
Q: When will be ready for my products?
A: All products in stock, for no logo samples, 1-3 days can ship out. For logo printing products,printing needs 4-5 working days.
Q: How long will i get my products?
A: We support Standard Shipping(10-15 working days) and Vip Shipping(3-10 Days).
Q: Why shipping fee is so expensive?
A: Shipping fee depends on products' weight and volume,and liquid-containing products will be more expensive in shipping fee,like palettes and foundations.
So for sample order we suggest you can choose more different types products then will be better in shipping fee.For bulk order we also suggest choose more lips and small size products mix with palettes and high weight products.If you are not in a hurry,we also support shipping by sea,more details about shipping by sea pls contact your private customer service.
Q: What do I do if any item is broken?
A: Pls contact your private customer service when you get the parcel and provide the video of broken products,we will handle it for you.
Q: Why does it show "This transaction couldn t be completed please redirect your customer to PayPal" when I check out?
A: We consulted with the PayPal customer service team and this is their reply: "That error usually means that there is an issue with the customers credit card. Whether it be that they do not have enough available funds, their bank declined the card, or their address doesn't match what's registered with their bank."
